Role Overview

Develop creative communication frameworks, message matrix designs, and community advocacy materials for public health, nutrition, and environmental development projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communication, Public Health, Behavioral Sciences, or Marketing.
• 3+ years experience designing IEC/BCC campaigns for NGO or development agency clients.
• Exceptional conceptualization skills for multimedia community outreach.
• Fluency in creative Bengali copy and professional English proposals.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategy roadmaps, key message matrices, and communication toolkits.
• Collaborate with creative designers and scriptwriters to produce culturally resonant materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultation workshops and pre-testing of campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign reach metrics and behavioral indicators.
